Account and branding

SKU 2 tenants manage people and branding on https://{slug}.askaimee.com/account. Only Aimee-managed users (hu: sessions from the login page) can open it. SSO handoff users are redirected to chat.

Every signed-in Aimee user

  • Display name — shown in the sidebar account menu. Blank falls back to email. Max 160 characters. This is not the conversation identity.
  • Password — change from /account. New passwords must be at least 10 characters.
  • Sign out — clears the hosted session cookie.

Tenant admins

Admins also see branding, a read-only workspace snapshot, subscription/seats, and the team list.

Branding

Shown on chat, invite accept, and the sign-in page once the tenant slug is entered.

  • Tenant label — workspace name in the sidebar and page chrome. Max 160 characters; blank saves as the slug.
  • Logo — PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG, 1 MB max. Reset returns the default Aimee wordmark.

Not customizable today: accent colors, theme CSS, favicon, code-set icons, or the floating launcher button (that image stays the Aimee button on api.askaimee.com).

Team

  • Invite by email as user or admin. The invite is emailed and a backup link is shown once. Links expire in 7 days. The teammate opens it on your tenant host, sets a password, and is signed in. In development, look in Mailtrap Sandbox rather than the recipient’s real inbox.
  • Re-invite clears that user’s password, emails a new link, and also shows the link once as a backup.
  • Disable blocks chat immediately. You cannot disable yourself.
  • New invites respect the seat cap sales set on the client (max_seats).

Subscription

Admins see status, plan, renews-at, and seats used. Status trial and active allow chat. past_due and canceled lock chat for everyone; non-admins cannot sign in, and admins can still open /account. Plan and seat changes go through sales.

From 2026-10-01 (UTC) the same panel shows this month's Aimee responses and the active response package. Responses are pooled across the workspace, reset each UTC month, and do not roll over; a package adds its responses every month. Packages are assigned by sales and billed on the workspace's Find-A-Code billing account. See Quotas and keys.

Workspace snapshot

Read-only: slug, allowed agents and providers, iframe origins, capability flags (enabled, priority, model override, Deep Dive), and daily limits. Billing and origins are changed by sales, not from this page.
